Vacuum high shear mixer is suitable for many field such as cosmetics,food,beverage.
Features:
- Completely closed vacuum system, convenient feeding, avoid dust, when emulsifying no air access, reduced air bubbles, met health, aseptic requirements
- Concentric biaxial structure, the box blender and the high shear emulsifier are able to work separately, good emulsion results, easy to clean.
- For high viscosity materials, especially the creams, wall-scrapping blenders are set closely to the wall in the mixer, avoid the materials adhesion.
- Feeding, heating, cooling, dispersing, emulsifying, stirring are controlled by PCL or the control button.
- Hydraulic lifting, steady and swift, emulsion reactor is able to be overturned, easy operation, convenient maintenance and cleaning
- The contact material is SUS316 stainless steel, inner wall is mirror polished (healthy level)
- Electric controlled by the US Rockwell products to ensure it's stable and reliable.
- Meet the GMP norms, be able to set wit the CIP, SIP system.
