High shear emulsifier/pipeline high shear emulsifier/emulsifying mixer.

A Farfly high shear In line mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered  rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers,improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency

Capacity
Self-pumping throughputs of 20 to 15,000 litres/hr.

No Bypassing
Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.

Interchangeable Workheads
Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used. there are three stages rotor/stators available.

Materials of Construction
Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel .

Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.

Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, Tri-clamp, etc.).

Sealing
Single or double mechanical shaft seals available as standard.

Cleaning
All Farfly In-Line mixers are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
